Edits

Prepare your short story, manuscript, or article for publication.

Starting with Developmental Edits, I provide feedback on pacing, structure, clarity, characterization, and plot (as applicable). I also make basic edits for readability. If you choose, I will meet with you to discuss this feedback once finished.

Next is Copy Editing (also known as Line Editing). I make suggestions for consistency, voice, and continued clarity. I also do basic fact-checking at this stage.

The final stage is Proofreading. These are final grammatical edits on an already cohesive text.
